So last night after work I went to my friend Jen’s sister’s, Kathy, house. Her and her fiance made dinner for us. It was so delicious. Oh my God. How did I ever eat ribs at a restaurant? They were soo tender and saucy and full of goodness. I ate like half a rack, this bomb salad with cherries and watermelon, pesto pasta salad, barbeque pork fried rice, roasted chicken, ceder plank...

From my GQ this past month…
Iced Coffee
1) Pour about a third of a pound of freshly ground coffee into a 48 oz French press (weaken the taste with water)
2) Fill the press with cold water and stir to wet the coffee grounds
3) Place the French lid over the coffee (don’t press the plunger) and leave at room temp for 12 hours. The long you leave it the stronger the brew.

These past few days have been so unproductive…except this morning…which i woke up early so i could make a conference call…other then that no gym, lots of sitting and watching movies, and lots of sleeping, for example…waking up at 4pm on tuesday…wack
